Upper West Side Townhouse

The existing 6-family Upper West Side landmarked townhouse is being reconfigured as a 2-family. Restoration of the original brownstone stoop will lead to the expanded grand parlor level with a centrally located kitchen. A new stair to the rear yard will extend the living space to a newly planted garden. Where possible, historic details will be maintained and refurbished while new high performance materials and systems will be installed throughout.

We used this opportunity to expand the rear addition and add a terrace off the third floor. The new landscaped yard and large glass opening will allow for seamless interior/exterior entertaining.
