West Village Townhouse

This landmarked townhouse in the West Village needed major structural remediation to address considerable settling of the foundation. New brownstone lintels and stoop, repaired brick and restored ironwork will further enhance this 19th century home.

We used this opportunity to expand the rear addition and add a terrace off the third floor. The new landscaped yard and large glass opening will allow for seamless interior/exterior entertaining.
