• We are seeking an Interior Design Intern who is passionate about residential architecture and modern design to join our team.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assist in generating conceptual designs, 3D models and rendering

    • Assist in organizing the material library

    • Assist in scheduling product vendors

    • Assist in FF+E selections and specifications

    • Assist in social media content generation, postings and external media communications

    Qualifications:

    • Currently attending or recently graduated from an accredited interior design college

    • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp

    • Proficient in Google Suite applications

    • Resourceful and organized; must have the ability to work on multiple projects

    • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

    • Possess all legal permits and visas required to work in the U.S.

    • Fluency in written and spoken English

    • Currently live in the New York City area

  • We are seeking an Interior Designer with 1-2 years experience who is passionate about residential architecture and modern design to join our team.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assist in generating conceptual designs, 3D models and renderings, detailed construction documents, code research and material selection

    • Assist in FF+E selections and specifications

    • Assist in FF+E procurement

    • Assist in coordinating contractors, consultants, city agencies and vendors

    • Assist in the construction administration phase, including on-site meeting attendance

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years professional experience

    • Minimum 4 year accredited Interior Design degree

    • NYC residential design experience

    • Procurement experience

    • High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

    • Resourceful and organized; must have the ability to work on multiple projects

    • Experience with all phases of design

    • Currently live in the New York City area

  • We are seeking an Intermediate Architect with 3-5 years experience who is passionate about residential architecture and modern design to join our team.

    Responsibilities include

    • Lead projects under the direction of the principal and with the support of the team

    • Generate designs and presentations

    • Produce construction drawings and details

    • Ensure compliance of buildings codes and studio standards

    • Manage schedules and coordination of clients, contractors, consultants, city agencies and vendors

    • Execute construction administration including review of shop drawings and submittals

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years experience

    • Experience with NYC residential projects and all phases of architecture 

    • This is a leadership position; you can take a project from concept through construction, and are a critical thinker and problem solver

    • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

    • High level of proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp and Enscape

    • Knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning and LPC processes

    • Keen interest in detailing and materials

    • Currently live in the New York City area
